一、教學目標
1、知識和技能目標:
(1)能聽說認讀單詞small,big,long,short. 聽懂含有形容詞的幾個指令,並按指令做動作。
(2)能聽懂,會說句子It has….能用該句子簡單地描述動物。
二、教學重難點
1、重點:學習單詞tall,short ,fat,thin
2、難點:能夠運用句型 It is so...來對動物進行描述。

四、Presentation
Step1:Teach the new words: tall,short ,fat,thin.
1:出示玩具豬和狗進行對比 T:What are they They are a pig and a dog. . The pig is very small, but the dog is very big.板書small和big.結合物品學習單詞,全班帶讀,拼讀,小組讀,個別讀。
2:出示尺子教學long和short各種形式讀。
Step2:活動:Bomb Game,炸彈遊戲
把其中一個單詞設定成炸彈,當老師讀到這個單詞時,所有學生“噓”,當沒有讀到這個單詞時,所有學生跟老師一起讀。
Step3:Teach the sentences:It has… 出示長頸鹿提問: T:What’s this Ss: It’s a giraffe. T: Yes, it’s a giraffe. Let’s look at the giraffe. It’s so tall. It has a small has a big body. It has two small eyes and has long legs. It has a short tail.由此引出tail的教學,帶讀,拼讀。 接著板書Look at the has a small head….全班帶讀,小組讀,個別讀。
五、Pratice
Step1:看圖填單詞 Look at the picture, fill the words in the sentences.接著帶讀句子。
Step2:Make a talk. 1:T:You will see a beautiful picture. Look at it carefull and tell us. What are they(tiger panda duck elephant) 2: I give some pictures for ’s make a talk with these sentences: Look at the… has… 請每組一兩位學生上臺描述。
六、Consolidation
Let’s do(PartB部分) 1:先播放Let’s do錄音,邊聽邊感受。 2:再次聽錄音,邊聽邊做動作 3:學生邊說邊做動作。 4:請幾位學生上臺表演。
七、Make a summary 根據板書總結本課學習內容,學生齊讀。
八、Homework 1:Copy the new words five times. 2:Make a dialogue with your partner.
