定語從句that where篇一
一： 定語從句的關係代詞 that的用法: 若先行詞指人或物則代替先行詞在定語從句中充當主語或賓語
例句：
1、The animal that which is lost is a panda.
分析：先行詞 指物代替先行詞在定語從句中充當主語
2、She is the person that who we are worried about.
分析：先行詞 指人代替先行詞在定語從句中充當賓語
注意：
1、that which在代物時常常可以通用,但有時只宜於用which ,不用that
(1) 關係代詞前有介詞時.
This is the hotel in which you will stay.
(2) 如有兩個定語從句,其中一句的關係代詞是that,另一句宜於用which.

(5) 先行詞是all,much,little,something,everything,anything,nothing,none,the one等代詞時

(6) 先行詞前面有only,any,few,little,no,all,one of,the same,the very等詞修飾時

(7) 有兩個定語從句,其中一個關係代詞已用which,另外一個宜用that

例句：
This is the house+I was born in the house. (=I was born there)
介詞短語 副詞

定語從句的關係詞的'解題技巧是：關係代詞（that；which;who）在從句中做主語或者賓語， 關係副詞（when;where;why）在從句中任狀語。
這個句子的定語從句是I've t是一個及物動詞，它需要帶一個賓語，由此我們可以判斷出需要填入的是一個關係代詞。where是關係副詞，不能選；that是關係代詞，可以填入，在從句中做visit的賓語。為了更明白的說明這個問題，請比較以下兩個句子：
