這些在暗池交易中交易的資金叫off-market liquidity(場外資金)，暗池交易並不是完全沒有記錄，它一般記錄在consolidatedtape(證券買賣彙總記錄帶)，但是記錄的條目為over-the-counter transactions(場外交易)。
