In this age of new media，where nearly everyone engages in some form of social media，how do you draw a line between your online identity and your professional persona(形象)?
While most of your micro blogs(微博)updates may be harmless，voicing an opinion on a micro blog related to your employer can lead you into hot water. In some cases，it can even get you fired.
Last year, a famous Australian journalist，Catherine Deveny，was sacked by her Age，after she made a number of posts on her microblogging rding to her editor，“The views she has expressed recently on Twitter are not in keeping with the standards we set at The Age.”
