1、"What can you tell me about yourself?" ("關於你自己，你能告訴我些什麼?")
This is not an invitation to give your life history. The interviewer is looking for clues about your character, qualifications, ambitions, and motivations.
這一問題如果面試沒有安排自我介紹的時間的話。這是一個必問的問題。考官並不希望你大談你的個人歷史。是在尋找有關你性格、資歷、志向和生活動力的線索。來判斷你是否適合讀MBA。
The following is a good example of a positive response. "In high school I was involved in competitive sports and I always tried to improve in each sport I participated in. As a college student, I worked in a clothing store part-time and found that I could sell things easily. The sale was important, but for me, it was even more important to make sure that the customer was satisfied. It was not long before customers came back to the store and specifically asked for me to help them. I'm very competitive and it means a lot to me to be the best."

2、 "What would you like to be doing five years after graduation?"(“在畢業以後5年內你想做些什麼?”)
Know what you can realistically accomplish. You can find out by talking to others MBA about what they accomplished in their first five years with a particular company after graduation.
"I hope to do my best I can be at my job and because many in this line of work are promoted to area manager, I am planning on that also."
你要清楚你實際上能勝任什麼。你可以事先和其他的MBA交流一番。問問他們在畢業後在公司的頭5年都做了些什麼。

3. "What is your greatest strength"?" ("你最突出的優點是什麼?")
這是很多面試考官喜歡問的一個問題。
This is a real opportunity to toot your own horn. Do not brag or get too egotistical, but let the employer know that you believe in yourself and that you know your strengths.
"I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I'd planned. I've set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honor's thesis."

4. "What is your greatest weakness?"("你最大的弱點是什麼?")
You cannot avoid this question by saying that you do not have any, everyone has weaknesses.
The best approach is to admit your weakness but show that you are working on it and have a plan to overcome it. If possible, cite a weakness that will work to the company's advantage. "I' m such a perfectionist that I won't stop until a job is well done.
你不應該說你沒有任何弱點，以此來回避這個問題;每個人都有弱點。最佳策略是承認你的弱點，但同時表明你在予以改進，並有克服弱點的計劃。

Never apologize for what you have done.
"I think I did well in school. In fact, in a number of courses I received the highest exam scores in the class." "As an intern for the X Company, I received some of the highest evaluations that had been given in years.

在面試快結束的時候，一般考官都會問，你有沒有什麼要問的。除非你是最後一個面試者，你明顯感到所有的考官都急切的想離開，一般不適合說“I don’t have any question.”可以問考官一兩個你關心的問題(Questions you should ask the recruiter)：

考研複試面試前不得不看的六大忠告第一、分數只是參考 關鍵還要看錶現
複試一般會按照1：2甚至更高的比例開始，像985.211院校複試線肯定會很高，如果大家報的校外的導師，一定不要以為分數高就有把握，分數低就沒戲(我考研那一年老闆就放棄380分數的一個考生，因為他複試太爛了，而選擇了一個320多的剛過線的考生。)所以，如果你參加了複試，就一定要重新按照考研的精氣神準備，否則你可能是分母。所以複試的關鍵就是看你的準備程度。
第二、導師情況是關鍵
面對大多數的考生，老闆有他自己的決定權，按照比重排序分別是“保送--院校--是否有推薦--知根知底(實習過)--複試成績(動手能力及對專業的熱愛)”，所以按照這個思路，你要弄清楚你的老闆名額還有幾個?

是否保送已經佔滿?
參加複試的比你強的院校有多少?
是否有老闆傾向的研究生?
他的研究方向和熱點?
他喜歡什麼樣的學生?
你的動手能力如何?
以上這些問題，而這都是取決與你能否成功的標準，所以大家不妨現在檢查一個表格，把這些問題在複試前面搞清楚。
舉一個極端的例子吧，我的一個學生當年跨專業從生物考傳媒大學的時候跨專業考試，考研分數排名第一，同時他複試成績也是第一，因為在他複試前，這些方面的問題他搞的很清楚。
第三、師兄是臥底
每年複試基本上都有一個套路，不同專業的複試有權重，考實驗什麼?考英文什麼?什麼是筆試?什麼是口試，什麼樣的實驗?這些你知道嗎?
如果你不知道，那好，去找你考研老闆的最近兩年考的研究生，問問他們是怎麼考上的，有什麼權重，通過這些輔導，我相信你可以瞭解60%以上的複試內容。
所以報考本校的同學啊，你們現在現成的資源，一定要利用上，趕緊和研究生學長聯絡吧，我相信他們會給於你們幫助的，大不了提我的名字。
考外校的同學，厚著臉皮去找吧，我知道你有些膽怯，但是對於考上和臉皮，你選擇什麼呢?

第四、練習是關鍵
對於理工科，肯定需要的實驗動手能力強，重點院校的學生會有優勢，所以回想一下你們的科研立項和畢業論文，應該很好檢起來，那麼對於你們的口試和筆試這裡呢?沒有什麼辦法，就是練習。
對於其他同學找你們宿舍的同學，讓他假扮面試老師，你要至少練習三遍你的自我介紹(包括英文介紹，要求不能出現卡殼。)同時準備幾個英文翻譯(怎麼找，找那些，問師兄把)，給我讀透了(大方向普及的英文文章，以及老闆研究方向的文章都要)。把考研複試像大學聯考前模考一樣練習，你就成功了一半。
第五、忠誠是保障
有些學生面試失敗，不是因為他不優秀，而是因為他不踏實，想象一個老闆，在同等水平的學生錢，更希望的是選擇一個什麼樣的學生呢?(除去長相?)
那就是你對專業的熱愛和忠誠。這個印象會給你增加一個很大的分數。(心理學有一個現象叫“暈輪效應”，就是一個好的印象會自然你的正面影響面試者其他方面的表現”。)
這些，再加上你對專業的熟悉程度，是給你的一個很好的保障，如果你實在點背沒有選上，但是你的忠誠度很高的話，我相信每年的幾個破格名額或者老師給你推薦到另外一個地方的幸運也會降臨到你的身上。
第六、面試七宗罪
1。沒準備，不知道要考啥(從上面幾個你去做調查把)
2。現場緊張，詞不達意(拜託，你就不能回去練習幾遍?)
3。鼻孔朝天，覺得自己特牛(老兄，一定要低調，自信很好，但不要自負)
4。吹牛撒謊(不會不要緊，但是不能撒謊，你願意錄取一個不誠信的人嗎?)
5。過分謙虛(千萬別讓人誤認你為高分低能，對於自己擅長的一定要表達)
6。閉關自守(你需要的是一個團隊，你的夥伴，你的貴人，要善於尋求幫助。)
7。自我放棄(分數低，面試不合格，一定要多問一句，多打聽，給老師一個好印象，我見過好多第一次面試不過，但是積極調劑，最後錄取的例子，所以任何時候不要放棄。)
好了，就說這麼多了,另外一旦覺得面試競爭大的研究生，千萬記得用心準備調劑，東方不亮西方亮。
考研複試面試六大禁忌第一、不要答非所問。一定要注意聽考官的問題，不要把考前準備答案不著邊際地盲目照搬或按自己的想法亂答一氣。
第二、不要目光呆滯、麻木不仁。語言本身就是一種交流的工具，其交流性要通過其它交流手段來配合，比如肢體語言，要時刻謹記考研複試本質上是一場面試，是一場人與人之間的會晤，我們是在跟老師進行交流，因此，在回答問題的時候，你要直視考官的眼睛，顯出你的自信、展出你的風采，儘量多跟考官進行互動，將氣氛活躍起來。
第三、不要語速太快或太慢。語速太快而沒有抑揚頓挫讓人無法聽懂你在說什麼;語速太慢讓人覺得你的英語水平差，甚或反應遲鈍，兩者都不能給考官留下好印象。要語速自然、頓挫有致，體現英語的語言美感。
第四、不要戛然而止，儘量多說點，但多說點不等於反覆重複，不要讓人一眼看穿你的高度，不要讓人覺得你的水平是如此地有限，你的思想是如此地狹隘。
第五、不要有不良行為。有的考生在英語面試前準備得很充分，考場上聽到自己熟悉的題目後便得意忘形，手插褲兜、搖頭晃腦，會讓人生厭。
第六、不要氣焰囂張，要態度誠懇，有禮貌。自認為自己英語水平高而目中無人，面試官可能對你提出的要求也會更高，萬一遇到海歸名導，你就死翹翹了。
