1．教材簡析：
本單元的日常交際用語主要是圍繞“徵詢意見”編排的.，what about …? 是表示“……怎麼樣？”的意思，用於徵求別人意見。 “what about”一般都是在一定的情景下才使用這個句子，如果離開了交際情景而直接說what about …?就會顯得唐突。教材分別提供了“餓—買熱狗”和“渴—買飲料”兩個場景供教師教學日常交際用語。
本單元單詞教學部分增加了a hot dog ,a sandwich, a pie ,some bread ,some rice ,soft drinks ,a bar of chocolate ,a carton of milk教材這樣編排便於學生根據情景把單詞與對話結合起來操練。
2．教學要求：
能正確地聽、說、讀、寫字母oo, pp ,qq.
能聽懂、會說以下飲料和食品類單詞a hot dog ,a sandwich ,a pie ,some bread ,some rice ,soft drinks ,a bar of chocolate ,a carton of milk ,
能聽懂、會說日常交際用語i’m hungry /thirsty would you like ? what about … sounds good, /no ,i’d like ……thank you/thanks .並能熟練運用日常交際用語進行問答。
能理解並正確運用a bar of ,a carton of以及some.
能初步理解不可數名詞意義和用法。
會唱歌曲hot cross buns!

3．教學理念：
面向全體學生，注重素質教育，關注每個學生的情感，激發他們學習英語的興趣。

人物頭飾、食品、飲料（或圖片）、圍裙、頭巾、教學掛圖、磁帶、題板。
