As support PDA/Smart phone/NetPad projects involvement, I have good experience on Mechanical/Molding/Painting/PCB SMT/Soldering/Factory testing. Especially on LCM/LCD/Camera bonding/pressing/testing (Static& Dynamic image test) and failure analysis, I have more experience and perfect issue handling skill. AS project mentor support ODM quality improve projects. Identify systemic process improvements for HGBU(Handheld，Global BussinessUnit) products. Also help coach ODM Quality Engineer/auditor for issue analysis skill and containment/corrective action effective validation skill.
Regular Interface with engineering team regarding technical issues, test coverage, testability, and manufacturability. Act as the key contact interfacing with ODM / EMS on test issues. Responds for ENC/PCN release validation. Develop and manage Sub-supplier system to constant improve incoming parts quality and cost saving. Responds for Sub-supplier audit and 2nd source qualify.
