辭職信 Letter of Resignation
寫辭職信時要說明辭職原因，有時需說明離開的時間以給對方一個物色接替人選的時間，以免給所在單位造成不必要的'麻煩。然後還要感謝對方曾經給過自己這樣的工作機會。
寫作“三步走”：
提出辭職—>說明原因，表示遺憾或感謝—>期盼回覆
