二、報名條件報名參加測試的.人員應當符合下列條件：
(1) 具有中華人民共和國國籍，包括持有有效“港澳居民來往內地通行證”的港澳居民和“臺灣居民來往大陸通行證”的臺灣居民;
(2) 年滿18週歲，具有完全民事行為能力;
(3) 高中畢業或同等學歷及以上，包括應屆畢業生。
三、測試形式測試採用閉卷計算機化測試方式進行，分為兩場，第一場60分鐘，第二場120分鐘。
考生參加測試時應注意以下問題：
(1)考生必須持本人有效證件、准考證按規定的時間(以准考證所標明的時間為準)進入指定考場，並在指定座位上就座參加測試。
(2)身份證、准考證必須同時使用才有效。
(3)測試注意事項詳見准考證。
四、測試內容報關職業水平測試分為兩個科目：
(1)報關基礎知識，主要測試對外貿易及對外貿易管理、海關及海關管理、報關及報關管理等知識、總分100分，測試時長60分鐘。
(2)報關業務技能，分為進出境報關、保稅加工報備報核、進出口商品歸類、報關單填制、進出口稅費核算五個模組，總分200分，測試時長120分鐘。
