If English partners are not easy to get,then we have to create an English environment ourselves by speaking English to ourselves.
如果找不到學伴或參加英語角的機會很少,那麼也沒有關係,有很多種方法可以自己練習口語.比如通過自己對自己將英語來創造英語環境.可以對自己描述所看到的景物,英語口述自己正在作的事情.

這種方法非常有效且很容易堅持---口譯漢英對照(或英漢對照)的小說或其它讀物.首先我們先讀漢語部分,然後逐句直介面譯成英文,完成一小段後,去看書上的對應英文部分並與我們的口譯進行比較,我們馬上可以發現我們口譯的錯誤,缺點和進步.請注意:開始要選擇較簡單的讀物,且應大量做,只做一兩篇效果是不明顯的.開始可能較慢,費時較多,但請堅持,整體上這是一個加速的過程.高階階段請計時練習,以加快反應速度和口語流利度.作為成人學英語,記憶力差是個攔路虎,作複述練習或背誦課文往往力不從心,或者由於詞彙量太小覺得直接作口譯太難,那麼這樣做可以非常有效地解決這個問題:：先學習英文課文,通篇理解透徹後,再來看漢語譯文, 把漢語譯文口譯回英文.這樣等於既作複述練習又作口譯(語)練習,可謂一石雙鳥!
這樣作的好處：
(1)自己就可以練習口語,想練多久,就練多久.
(2)始終有一位高階教師指出您的不足和錯誤---英文原文.

(6)對所學知識和所犯錯誤印象深刻.這等於我們一直在作漢譯英練習,很多英文譯文是我們費盡心思憋出來的,所以印象相當深刻.比直接學習英文課文印象要深的多.
