一rmal letter(非正式信函):
nning(開頭):
Dear + first name
ndly greeting(寒暄):
I hope this letter finds you well.
ractions(寫縮寫):
I'm, didn't, couldn't, there's...
tions(丟出問題):
Do you remember...? Why don't you...?
amation(感嘆):
ier than I thought it was!
ing(連線詞可以口語化):
Well, Anyway, so, and
ses(短語可以口語化):
had a great time, couldn't have asked for, working flat out, back to normal
ng(結尾):
Hope to see you soon + first name
二al letter(正式信函):
nning(開頭):
Dear Sir or Madam
greeting necessary(不用寒暄)
contractions(不準用縮寫):
I am, did not...
ally avoid direct questions(問問題要客氣):
"I would like" instead of "Can I have?"
exclamation marks( 不要用驚歎號)
ing(連線詞不要口語化):
However, Consequently, and, also
ses and vocabulary(用詞稍高階):
with regard to, appliance, it was installed, the following day, failed to (meaning "didn't"), procedure, he assured me, report the issue, contacted, under warranty, I am entitled to, replacement, phone me personally
ng(結尾):
I await your prompt response,
Yours faithfully + full name
