書信的話, 則兩種均可.
若每段縮排, 日期, 下款均要靠右書寫.
若不縮排, 日期, 下款靠左書寫. 當然縮排比不縮排正式.

或者

英語寫作範文：Dear Ms Li,
I’m very glad to write to you. I have a lot of troubles these days. Every day I have a lot of homework to do at school. I don’t enough time to sleep. I nearly have no time to do sports.
