一、書信(Letter)

二、通知(通告)(Notice)
通知(通告)是要告知某種資訊而使用的一種文體。形式有：在通知(通告)上方居中寫上Notice字樣作為標題;無稱呼語，通知中用第三人稱;出通知單位或負責人名字應寫在正文最後的右下方，或放在標題之上，作為標題的一部分，這樣最後不再署名;出通知的日期寫在正文右下方，應在單位名的下一行。如：

三、啟事(Notice)

四、留言條(Message left)
