[00:44.00]In the 1850s, she saw many problems in her country and wanted to do something about them.
[00:45.00]One of these problems was that women did not have the right to vote in the United State
[00:46.00]Susan Anthony and many others thought women and men should have equal right
[00:47.00]In 1869 she helped start the National Women's Associatio
[00:48.00]This group worked hard to get women the right to vote in the United States.
[00:49.00]In 1869, the State of Wyoming gave women the right to vot

[00:51.00]But Susan Anthony and the National American Women's Associatio
