  How to deal with stress

Pressure seems to be a natural part of our daily life in this competitive society. When we have an exam or stand in front of a crowd of people alone, trying to say something, we feel nervous.

On one hand, stress is a kind of mental burden (負擔) caused by nervousness or anxiety (焦慮). But on the other hand, I believe stress can be used as a kind of power that can help us improve.

Once on a big examination, many classmates got better grades than I did. My teachers talked with me, and my classmates were all worried about me. They thought that I might feel very frustrated (沮喪的) with the exam. Frankly speaking, I felt really stressed out at that moment. But soon I realized that I needed to work harder to catch up with my classmates. And I really did. I made progress. So, pressure can also be a friend of ours.

I want to tell you that whatever difficulties you have, you should be determined (有決心的) to fight, try your best and believe in yourself on the long and hard road to your dream!

Hope you can lead a happy life, and be in control of the stress.

一些詞彙、句型的運用為文章增色不少,如on one hand, on the other hand, frankly speaking, catch up with, whatever difficulties you have …等。

  How to deal with stress

As a matter of fact, we cannot avoid pressure. Proper pressure can give me the motivation (動力) to work harder, so I won’t fall behind. However, every coin has two sides. Nowadays, ninth-graders seem to have a lot of pressure.

With the most important examination approaching, our pressure is getting heavier. Recently, most of the pressure comes from studying. It is obvious that the pressure nearly makes us out of breath.

I have my own pressure. I am still not able to stabilize (穩定) my PE score. This is my biggest problem at the moment. What’s more,

I have conflicts (矛盾) with my friends, too. We argue a lot. I have so much pressure recently that I cannot even pay attention in class.

Fortunately, I have my own ways to deal with pressure. No matter how busy I am, I never forget to relax and reward (獎勵) myself. Listening to music is a nice choice. In order to get rid of (擺脫) the annoying pressure, sometimes I go to the playground and give a loud shout. To get rid of these problems from the root (根源), I’ll devote more time to my studies.

Nevertheless, remember that sunshine comes after rain. Sometimes pressure cannot be avoided. Nothing can be achieved without proper pressure. We just have to manage our time better and have a positive attitude. We shape our own lives and futures.

本文邏輯清晰,內容豐富,語言表達自然流暢。作者具體講述了自己面臨的壓力,並闡述瞭解決方法。連線詞的恰當運用,使文章過渡自然,如nevertheless, fortunately等。作者還使用了豐富的詞彙,如giveme the motivation, with的複合結構, get rid of, manage ourtime等。同時,本文句型豐富,體現出作者出色的語言駕馭能力。

  優秀作文三

  How to deal with stress

It’s common to have stress in life. Different people have various kinds of stress. Adults may feel stressed because of the frustrations they are suffering (遭受), while children may feel pressure when tests are coming. I also have stress in my life.

When I have trouble with school work, I often feel stressed. I sometimes even freak out (崩潰). Recently, I’m quite worried about my Chinese. I can’t comprehend (理解) it very well, and I also make some stupid mistakes.

I feel like there’s a heavy weight on my shoulders.

Every coin has two sides. While stress can sometimes make us worried, there’s also something beneficial (有益的) in it. When we have pressure, we may push ourselves harder and go out of our way to solve problems. It can help us reach our peak (頂峰).

When I am stressed, I often ask my friends and parents for help. I always get great ideas from them. And another good way is to find hobbies to divert (轉移) attention from stress. I like music, so I like to sing a gentle song when I’m stressed. I also do some exercises to relax, especially when I’m under great pressure. But when there’s too much stress, I just have a rest.

We may feel exhausted when facing stress, or worry frequently. But we shouldn’t just give up and lose hope. We should strive (努力) to get rid of it and become a better person.

本文詞彙豐富,語言地道,意思表達準確生動,如freakout, divert attention from stress, strive to get rid of it等。 I also do ...等。
