上課前，Meggle都會在我們男生和女生中間畫一條界線。把我們男女生分成兩組。接著在黑板上畫兩個圓圈，在裡面畫一些愛心，然後在下面畫幾條橫線，分成兩半，一半是男生的，一半是女生的。每組的任何一個人只要答對一個問題就可以把自己那組的磁鐵往上移一層，當移到最上邊那條線的時候就可以擦掉對方的一顆愛心，到最後哪一方的愛心少，那麼那一方就算輸了。

下午兩點半，我們來到了階梯教室，呀！好像在開盛大的party一樣！首先映入眼簾的是舞臺上大大的紅條幅“熱烈慶祝玉沙國小第十一屆英語才藝競賽”， 舞臺的兩旁還掛著許多粉紅的大氣球，彷彿是天使的光環，絢麗多彩的燈光把整個教室照得通亮。同學們也個個神采奕奕，激動的不得了！有的手上拿著啦啦棒，使勁地揮著。有的拿著手掌拍，不停地拍著，還有的手上拿著鮮花-----
伴著歡歌熱舞，比賽開始了，第一環節是即興演講。我們班的代表是薛景怡，當主持人報到她名字的時候，我的心裡馬上緊張起來，生怕她忘詞。輪到她出場了，只見她大方從容的用英語演講，她那流利的英語和有如黃鸝般清翠的聲音，聽得同學們如痴如醉。她一說完，臺下就響起了雷鳴般的掌聲。果然，她不負眾望，得到了94分的高分。
接下來的選手也毫不遜色，一個個過五關斬六將，最精彩的還是才藝表演《大樹與小鳥》，當“蟲子“們一出場，他們滑稽又囂張的動作讓我們忍不住捧腹大笑，有的同學笑得在椅子上搖來搖去，有的笑得頭都在埋到手臂裡面，還有的笑得眼淚都流出來了------當獵人開著槍“砰“地一響時，教室裡馬上安靜下來，同學們彷彿身臨其境，個個都全神貫注地聽著，當小孩勸告獵人不要傷害小鳥的時候，同學們更看得熱情高漲，掌聲、歡呼聲不斷傳來！這個情景劇告訴我們要保護環境，也要保護動物！

今天我們到青龍中學（六中）去參加雙語比賽，我到了以後發現同學們差不多已經都到齊了。然後我們便自己準備起了英語短文，這樣可以等待還沒有來的同學。等到同學們都來齊了，Ms yu便帶領我們進去了。校園裡邊特別漂亮，噴泉花壇、全塑膠跑道、參天大樹還有整齊的教學樓，我們帶隊的同學竟然被這美麗的風景迷住了，差一點兒就帶著同學們走到操場上。但是幸虧Ms yu叫住了我們，然後我們圍成一個圈表演，李曉曷第一個，她上去以後背的非常快而且中文沒背就想下去，被Ms yu一下退了回去背了中文，我是第二個上去的，我表情自如，動作加的非常到位但是Ms yu說我聲音太小，語速太快。
終於工作人員過來說：“B組的同學比賽了，B組的趕緊過來！”我們排成兩隊走到大廳，然後工作人員點名，我是第6個。我們按順序排好隊後，就走進了七年級 九班，然後抽籤按順序號入座我15號、梅笑寒14號、宋淑涵13號和陳玥琦17號我覺得真的是太有緣了，第一組開始比賽了，是1—10號比賽。所以我們又等了漫長的幾十分鐘，終於輪到我們比賽了，我們進入了比賽場地，這時我看到了一個男老師，兩個女老師，和一個女外教。夏侯楊子先上，他一上場就問了老師幾個問題特別搞笑，然後才開始背的……，終於到了我上場了，我站的筆直背的英文流利，中文標準，聲音洪亮的都可以聽見迴音了，外教的問題也都全部答對了。所有的參賽選手都答的非常好，我們就退場了，我們出來以後Ms yu緊張的問我們答的怎麼樣？我們都說答的很好，聽了我們的回答她的臉上露出了滿意的笑容…………等過了漫長的1個小時，成績出來了，我得了97分！全組（35人）第一名！我當時心裡非常高興：我今天能取得這麼優異的成績，和Ms yu平時的辛勤輔導是分不開的，在這裡我要感謝Ms yu！
