十大社會熱點重排座次
“醫改、養老、物價”排前三 “社會治安”由靠前掉至第十
瀋陽晚報訊(記者 郭巨集穎)瀋陽老百姓最關注哪些社會熱點問題?10月22日，國家統計局瀋陽調查隊公佈對市內五區2000戶居民家庭的相關民生調查，結果顯示，瀋陽居民關注度最高的十大社會熱點問題依次是：醫療制度改革、養老、物價、社會保障制度改革、就業、收入分配差距問題、房價調控、食品安全、教育體制改革、社會治安。
據統計專家介紹，近幾年，隨著瀋陽經濟快速發展，人民生活水平不斷提高和政府工作重心的轉移，人們關注的社會熱點也在不斷髮生變化。社會治安、教育體制改革和收費、就醫難、看病難、中國小生入學難、反腐倡廉等前幾年的社會熱點問題，已經陸續得到緩解和改善，而醫療制度改革、養老、物價、社會保障制度改革以及收入分配差距等問題，則成為當前人們關注的焦點。
據調查，居民關注度較高的十個社會熱點問題依次為：醫療制度改革(45.3%)、養老(44.6%)、物價(38.4%)、社會保障制度改革(26.8%)、就業(21%)、收入分配差距(20.6%)、房價調控(16.6%)、食品安全(14.3%)、教育體制改革(14%)、社會治安(13%)。
在這些熱點問題中，位次變化最大的是社會治安，由前幾年的排名靠前到現在位列第10，顯示出市民對瀋陽城市安全感的認同。統計專家表示，這得益於近年來，瀋陽市為穩定社會治安所推出的一系列措施，使全市已經建立起較為嚴密的社會治安防控網路，治安狀況明顯好轉。

這些問題是平時老百姓議論最多的問題,同時和老百姓生活息息相關的問題。
是環境問題是指由於人類活動作用於周圍環境所引起的環境質量變化，以及這種變化對人類的生產、生活和健康造成的影響。人類在改造自然環境和建立社會環境的過程中，自然環境仍以其固有的自然規律變化著。社會環境一方面受自然環境的制約，也以其固有的規律運動著。人類與環境不斷地相互影響和作用，產生環境問題。
環境問題多種多樣，歸納起來有兩大類：一類是自然演變和自然災害引起的原生環境問題，也叫第一環境問題。如地震、洪澇、乾旱、颱風、崩塌、滑坡、泥石流等。一類是人類活動引起的次生環境問題，也叫第二環境問題。次生環境問題一般又分為環境汙染和環境破壞兩大類。如亂砍濫伐引起的森林植被的破壞、過度放牧引起的草原退化、大面積開墾草原引起的沙漠化和土地沙化、工業生產造成大氣、水環境惡化等。
