First I want to ask you a brought people to success? Yes,the answer is you must work hard .
We have learned that those who rise to the heights in any field aren’t those with the greatest natural talent,but those who working harder and harder.
Of course,for hard work to really pay off,we need to work effectively, here’s how:
The first one is “follow your dream” must have a direction for your your objectives early,then devote all your energies to achieving them.
And the second is “block out the time”To be beneficial,you must be regular。For example,if you want to be an experienced engineer ,then you must to give up many leisure time,you must to studying hard,summing up your experiences for years..
The third is “take One step at a time”’t aim to reach the top in a single session,just try to improve by one percent over the session before.
And the forth is “look back”. May be you can ask yourself frequently.“Am I have any “soft spots”？”if you do,try to find them and make some effort to identify the weaknesses,then try to do better tomorrow.
The last is “hold out a carrot”,whatever your work needs,always hold out a reward for your achievement. For example ,if you finish the day’s scheduled work,you can go out watching a movie or just eating with your good friends, such a reward will inspire you to work harder and harder.

大家好。我今天演講的題目是“刻苦努力才是成功之路”，希望你們喜歡。
首先我希望問大家一個問題：“怎樣才能成功呢？”。是的，你必須刻苦努力才能成功。 我們都知道，在任何一個領域，能攀上事業高峰的人未必都是天賦過人的人，而是努力並且倍加努力的人。
當然，要使燒錄努力真正得到回報，你必須提高工作效率。現說明如下：
第一，就是樹立目標。你必須有努力的方向，儘早的樹立目標，接著全力以付去實現。 第二,就是合理安排時間。艱難的工作不是隨意應付就可以的，要作出成效，就必須持之以恆。例如，你想成為一個經驗豐富的工程師，那你就必須犧牲很多的閒暇時間去學習，不斷的積累。
第三，就是一步一個腳印。不要想一步登天，每一個階段能比上一個階段有百分之一的進步就可。
第四，就是勤於回顧。你可以經常的問自己，我有什麼弱點嗎？如果有，就試圖的.發現並努力認識自己的劣勢，力圖明天做得更好。
最後一點就是犒勞自己。不管你忙到什麼程度，只要取得一點成績，就犒勞犒勞自己，。例如，你完成了當天規定的工作，你可以去看一場電影，或者和朋友們一起出去聚餐，這樣的一個獎勵會激勵你更加努力的工作。
女士們，先生們，刻苦努力的過程確實充滿了困難、挫折和痛苦，甚至有時候會想到放棄，但是我們相信，每一次的挫折都會給我們帶來新的收穫。
刻苦努力才是通向成功的必由之路。
