psychologist tell us that stress is a state of worry caused by the problem of living , such as too much work or study , heavy responsibilities , and quickened pace of life .

statistics show that stress comes from every detail in our life . financial problems , poor health , being laid off may be the stress that most adults now suffering . as students in the university , we are also under our special stress . while study , having to take various tests and submit a project against a deadline may put a great pressure on us . and the things make us felt stressed may be our parents’s greater expectations on us than we could reach . later , when we are likely to graduate , some other problems will also annoy us . i think we will worry a lot about our ability to compete in the job market and how we can best use what we’ve learned at college in our future job .

the chief problem we should face to is our atitude towards stress le usually say they can not live in the sun except they escape from stress . it’s unwelcome ! yes , however , very necessary . just image a world where stress does not exist and people lead their life in a very comfortable way . but is this kind of living condition as perfect as we hope ? without stress , they may feel very satisfied with the current life but lack of power to discover new things . too much satisfaction result in nothing except a countermarch of the society . no stress , no development . so a certain amount of stress is good . it can stimulate us and increase our level of alertness .

and our answer to stress is another vital problem . how to do with ourselves when stress suddenly break into our life ? to wave the white flag and admit our unability , to give up to our ideality , or worstly , just to suicide as to put an end to everything … of cause not . the principle is to tackle with stress gentlely and harmoniously. we should try our best to release ourselves . such as to do some exercise , to linsen to traditional chinese music or classical music to ease our minds and to learn to view these changes of life as challenges ’s no use crying over spilt milk . only to accept what has happened can solve the problem .

ok , i think i was under large stress 3 minutes before , but now i am here and have finished my speech . here is the last thing i want to add to my topic ,face to it and overcome it ,stress is also a piece of cake .

that is all . thank you very much!

what is peer pressure?we all have an idea what that for those who don't i will explain it,peer pressure is when you are encouraged by friends and people your own age to do something that you do not feel completely comfortable with.

some may disagree with me but peer pressure is not always a bad can help in many different example, most teenagers get pressured into getting good grades or to push themselves to take chances and that's what we need to have in our lives.a little extra something to help us build up our self-confidence.

this pressure can also be a bad as it helps to push us to do well it can damage the emotional health of a person as an example, when you are hanging out with some friends and they begin to smoke.

you know that's not a good thing but they are "like, come on,don't worry about it,nothings going to happen to you.i do it all the time",and they are constantly pressuring you begin to feel like well,if i don't do it they won't want to hang out with 's peer pressure.

everywhere someone or teenager is under this kind of pressure so you're not the only one.

you may think that you have complete control over these pressures but when a situation arise your ideas may not be as clear as they are at another time.

how do you prepare yourself to face peer pressure and win?the answer is si-mp-le.

it is tough to be the only one who says "no" to peer pressure, but you can do ng attention to your own feelings and beliefs about what is right and wrong can help you know the right thing to r strength and self-confidence can help you stand firm.

Life pressure is everywhere, which is in itself a part of life. Stress is not a kind of mood, which is a person’s response to things happened around him. So you should choose appropriate ways to relieve stress when you face with different situations.

if your anxiety is temporary in high pressure work, learning pressure, or in a particular situation, you can control yourself. You can choose several ways like this:

1. Firstly, communicating with out your helplessness and unhappiness in a timely manner. Communication is an effective way to release pressure, what’s more, communication process is also a process of self-reflection. By talking with others,we can obtain psychological support, enhance self-confidence.

ndly, something that can make you relax. For example, you can listen to some your favorite music, go for a walk, play games, h relieve their anxiety.

3. Finally, doing g exercise and sweating is also a good way to relieve stress. Sports not only can eliminate mental fatigue, maintain a healthy body, but also can breathe fresh air to relax. But you don't need to keep exercise for too long, or in high strength, just do exercise often as you can.

However, if your anxiety fall into a dilemma, it affect your study, work and life. You must seek for a psychiatrist’s help.

As for me,when i feel anxious ,even under the stress in life, I would choose the way to transfer emotional .I like watching some famous movies, such The Titanic、Forrest gump and so i have watched them for so many times,i will be immersed in a film scen, forget the bad r that,i will adjust my own state ,and go Back into the positive state of life
