If you please的口語用法
1. 用於較正式場合，表示：請；勞駕（比 please 更客氣，多用於句末，有時也單獨使用）。如：
Come this way， if you please. 請往這邊走。
Pass me the salt if you please. 勞駕把鹽遞給我。
A：Shall I sit you up a little？ 我扶你坐起一點好嗎？
B：If you please， nurse. 好，那就勞駕你了，護士。
2. 表示請求，意為：對不起；如果你不見怪的話；如果你許可的.話。如：
I will take another cup， if you please. 對不起，我要再喝一杯。
If you please， well drink to Mrs Smith and the children. 如果你同意話，我們要為史密斯太太和孩子們乾杯。
3. 用作較客氣的命令或警告，可譯為：請你！ 如：
If you want to come in， knock at the door first if you please. 要是你要進來，那就請你先敲門。
And Jacklet me know if you please the next time you use my dictionary. 傑克，你下次用我的詞典的時候請你告訴我一聲。
4. 表示驚奇或憤慨（常和now連用），意為：你看怪不怪；竟有這種怪事；此事真少見。 如：
