was the time when/at which she left for Beijing.

拆分後：
This was the time.
She left for beijing at the time.

我不知道他為什麼沒有參加昨天上午的會議。
I don’t know the reason.
He didn’t come to the meeting yesterday morning for the reason.
重要提示：
在when、where、why關係副詞引導的英語定語從句中，只會出現when、where、why或on which、at which、for which等等，絕對不會出現on when、at where、for why這種情況，因為關係副詞引導的定語從句只能起狀語作用，既不能做動詞的賓語，也不能做介詞的賓語。
