正所謂“不以規矩不能成方圓”。超市作為一個經營單位，自然有自己的規矩。例如不許篡位，不許隨意換崗，不許隨意閒逸聊天等等。像我，是負責在食品區的巧克力區站崗的，就不能跑去生活用品區，更不能與同崗位的同事無視客人而侃侃而談。在超市工作，必須有一個嚴謹的心與一份嚴謹的態度。首先，這就表現在嚴格固定的上班時間。我的上班時間是早上8點到中午12點半，晚上是7點到10點半。超市服務員的工作看似簡簡單單地站站就可以了，但是，只有真正從事這份工作後才知其艱辛。早上必須一早起床，睡眼惺忪地就要開始到達上班地點站崗了，而且一站就是幾個小時，這樣一天站下來，腳都有點顫抖了，發軟了。唯一休息的時間，也就是上廁所的時間。而且，作為一個合格的`超市服務員，不能只是呆呆地站著，還必須適當的補貨。貨架上的貨物被顧客買走了，貨架就有空位置了，這是，我們就得從倉庫把同樣的產品拿來補到原來的位子上去。如果超市的顧客很多的話，不能只顧著補貨，要看著點的，防止小偷的偷竊行為。當然，不是每時每刻都有貨上的。有時，貨架上的貨物都補齊了，人就比較閒，但是這個閒不能表現出來，必須找別的事情做的。超市是不允許養一個懶惰的員工的。所以，這個時候還得負責所在位置的清潔工作，要貨架與食物看起來時刻都那麼地光鮮亮麗，這樣客人才有購買慾。除此之外，員工還必須掌握所負責區域的相關知識。比如我負責的是巧克力區，那麼我就必須掌握巧克力的相關知識，包括熱量，價格，味道等等。顧客就是上帝，當顧客問到相關問題時，我們就能答得上話，盡忠盡職了。
