Let me tell you about it. First I have a great eating habit. I eat vegetables and fruit every day and I drink yogurt twice a week ough I like junk food very much I try to eat it once a week because it is bad for my health. And I also eat less meat. Then I hold on to playing sports every day. I jog 2 kilometers and jump 2 hours. Next I go to bed early and get up early. I keep sleeping for about 8 hours.
