Dear Jennifer,
Thank you very much for the wonderful present you gave me for my birthday last Wednesday. It was nice of you to come and see me, and I was so surprised that you had bought me a present. I will probably hang it in my bedroom, or on the empty wall near the bookcase in the living room. It was so nice of you.
