2017年公共英語四級聽力考試分析

作為一門規範化的考試,PETS-4考試緊緊圍繞著大綱進行命題。同時,由於其特殊的社會功用和使命,其命題方面也顯示出一些程式化的跡象,雖然考查內容千變萬化,考查話題靈活多變,但是仍有不少規律可循。考生把握這些命題的規律,進行有目的,又針對性的複習,必然能起到事半功倍的效果。

  規律一:以貼近實際功用為主旨,考查的主題有限

PETS—4聽力考試三節的考查內容雖然不同,三節中各自的考查形式也不確定,有可能是獨白,有可能是對話,但是都具有生活化和應用性強的共同點

。對話內容多貼近生活實際,考查的場景多為考生日常生活中常遇到的情況,因此,同一個場景反覆出現的可能性極大。考生應該對往年的真題進行反覆消化,熟悉歷年考過的場景對話。獨白內容多為學術性或者應用性強的短文,因此,獨白部分題目出題思路單一,題型固定。考生只要熟悉每類題型的出題點和解題方式,進行有針對性地記憶,在此類題型中一定能夠取得高分。

  規律二:考查考生理解和推斷的'能力

PETS-4級聽力考試考查的是考生對英語口語的理解。在考生能夠聽懂聽力原文的基礎上,還要求考生能過對原文中的部分事實進行消化理解和推斷。我們發現考試大綱中所列的功能意念表和語言技能表,是PET-4 聽力考試的重點和依據。為了順利解答聽力考題,考生需掌握如下聽力的考試技能:

1. 在考試中,能聽出材料中具體的事實性資訊。如一些物品名稱、商品價格、事件發生時間、事件發生地點、參與事件發生的人物等。

2.在考試中,能依據錄音材料,判斷出事件發生的背景環境、推匯出事件參與者們的關係以及事件的最終結果等。

3.在考試中,能根據錄音材料中的關鍵詞、特殊語氣詞、材料中的過渡詞、說話者升降調等理解說話者的意圖、觀點或態度。

4. 在考試中,能從全篇對話或獨白材料中理解文篇的主旨和要義。

  規律三:考查最基礎,最常規的英語基礎知識

PETS-4聽力考試由於其強烈的實際運用導向,其考查重點放在了最基礎,最常規的英語基礎知識之上。我們日常看英文電影和與外國友人交流時可以發現,實際英語口語中運用到的詞彙,句型,語法知識是整個英語知識體系中很少的一部分,因此,考生不需要很紮實的英語知識功底,只要能夠對口語中常用的表達方式和詞彙有一定掌握,就能夠在聽力考試中取得好成績。
