我的英語老師是我的隔壁鄰居，這是我怎麼也沒想到的事情。先是隔壁鄰居叔叔娶回了一個溫柔阿姨，我去他們家新房裡吃了幾顆喜糖，看了看漂亮的溫柔阿姨，然後才是我在學校裡開學，“新的英語老師來啦！”同學們這一聲叫喚後，我看見我的隔壁新娘站在我們班的'講臺上。
我的英語老師是我的鄰居，我當然非常高興。英語本來就是我的強項，現在英語老師還是我隔壁的鄰居，這能不讓我在心裡小聲呼喚一聲“近水樓臺先得月”嗎？從我在座位上與講臺上的英語老師，也就是我的隔壁鄰居對視的那一秒開始，我知道我的英語一定會更加好了。
我估計的沒錯，下了課，老師就讓我等她一起回家。在回家的路上，她問了問我的情況，我也問了問她的情況，她問我的是成績，我問她的是年齡，本來年齡相差也沒多少，她也就我大姨家大姐那樣的年紀，倆人聊著聊著就成了朋友，從此以後，就開始了我們倆用英語對話的日常生活。
我倆會在大家還在笑呵呵地問“吃了嗎？”時，招呼一聲“Morning！”，在大家在樓下乘完涼說：“回去洗洗睡了！”時，甜甜地互道一聲“Good Night！”僅僅是這些，都已經被我爸媽和鄰居叔叔笑話我們是“崇洋媚外”，說我們倆酸不拉唧。我倆聽了只是捂嘴笑，繼續用英語交流我們倆此時彼時的內心所想，其他的人就更加不樂意聽到我們倆說了。不過他們說他們的，也沒有嚴令禁止我們倆用英語交流。我倆就全當幫我練口語似地用英語交流著。
