我國民族民間舞蹈有著悠久的歷史，蒙古族民間舞蹈也是多種多樣；《安代舞》是蒙古民間舞蹈中的瑰寶。如今，《安代舞》經過眾藝術家的努力，以傳統文化走向了都市的舞臺，充分體現了民族民間舞蹈隨著環境的變化而變化發展著。本問論述了《安代舞》的`起源和《安代舞》與當地地域文化的關係以及其發展及演變；然後談到《安代舞》對當今舞臺藝術的影響；最後論述了我對民族民間舞蹈文化發展的態度，讓我國的民族民間傳統文化得以發展。
