He respects our feelings, so we all trust him and feel glad to follow what he says.

羅老師是一個對工作認真負責的人。上課前，羅老師總是拎著錄音機神采奕奕地走進教室。上課後，羅老師會帶領我們讀課文和單詞或是讓我們做習題。如果遇到了較難的題目，她就會幫我們講解，直到我們懂了為止。如果羅老師感冒了，她還是會堅持為我們上課。
羅老師在課上很嚴厲。記得三年級時的.一節英語課，我僅有的一塊橡皮掉在了桌子下面，我正要彎腰去撿。這時，羅老師看見了，她連忙對我說："不許撿！"當時，我以為羅老師是非常不近人情的人。後來我明白了，羅老師是讓我上課時集中注意力。正因為有這件事，正因為羅老師的教誨，我的聽力題一直做得都不錯。
