Good morning , Ladies and gentmen It is great honour to speak here . I value this chance of sharing teaching
experience with distinguished teachers very much. To be honest I felt rather nervous. I can
still remember when I made my first speech in college. I ev en couldn't control my breath .
. Because I really didn't know what to say at that time . Well- today, being an English teacher for some years in Zhongxin, I have a strong
sense of responsibility, which always fills me with strength and confidence.
After being an English teacher,
I think, to be a good English teacher, you should
know your major well. Your personality is as important as your knowledge.
A good English teacher must be enthusiastic. You must love your students and respect them. In addition, You must also respect yourself and take pride
in your work. A good English teacher should be kind, encouraging, and helpful and you should motivate your students to seek knowledge.
I'll tell you a true story, last year, a boy named LiuLei came to our class,
he looked so quiet, no age children's lively and cheerful, he didn't dare to
answer the question loudly, when I asked him to do the dialogue in front, he
even had a big cry . And he didn't dare to see anyone ,whose voice low like
a whisper, I am well aware that he lacked of confidence and necessary
encouragement . So, then I give the opportunity to him for each class , and I encouraged him to say: Jake you have been done better than last
time, and I also make the classmates to applaud him, I also told his mother
to encourage him when seeing his progress, day by day , I am surprised to
find the child really progressed, now he can put up hands to answer a question
activly ,what's more， he can take part in the game, performance has been greatly
improved. His mother was pleased to tell me her child progressed . every time，
after school he always chatter without stopping told her that what he learned
in Zhongxin , and the performance is greatly improved, as his teacher was really
excited for his progress, I realized the unprecedented ：

In Bible,it says： Love is patient; love is kind; . It does not insist on its own way;
It bears all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never
Ends.
I hope these words always stay in my heart and use love to accompany them
grow up,use love to bring them bright sunshine, use love to improve my life
value,that is what I want to do.
If there is another chance for me to choose my occupation, I won’t choose anything except being an English teacher.

我非常榮幸站在這裡，我珍惜這次和這麼多優秀老師一起分享教學經驗的機會，說實話我還是有點緊張，我記得我的第一次演講還是在大學的時候，我甚至無法控制我的呼吸，因為那時我不知道說些什麼.
今天，作為中信的一名多年的教師，我有種強烈的責任感，那使我充滿了力量和信心。
從成為一名英語教師後，我認為，想作為一名好的教師，你必須有非常好的專業知識，你的人格和你的知識一樣重要，一名好的英語教師必須非常熱情，你必須愛你的學生和尊重他們，同時你也必須尊重你自己，並且以你的工作為自豪。
一名好的老師他必須善良，勇敢，並且樂於幫助孩子，你要讓你的孩子有一份內驅力，讓他們主動去學習，而不是被動去學。
我給大家講個真實的故事，去年我們班來了一個男孩，他的名字叫-劉磊，他看上去是那樣的沉默寡言，沒有同齡孩子的活潑與開朗，在上課的時候不敢大聲的回答問題， 當我讓他到前面做對話的時候他甚至都大哭了一場，連看大家一眼都不敢，聲音低的就像在說耳語一樣，我深知這是他對自己沒有信心並且缺乏必要的鼓勵所造成的。所以，後來我每次上課都給他表現的機會，並且每次我都鼓勵他說：Jake 你這次比上次有進步， 同時我也讓全班的同學一起為他鼓掌，我也告訴他的媽媽在家也多鼓勵孩子，只要看到他的進步就表
揚他，一天一天的過去了，我驚喜的發現孩子真的進步了，現在他能主動舉手回答問題，主動的參與遊戲，成績也有了很大的提高。他媽媽很高興的告訴我他的孩子有進步了，每次從中信放學後總是喋喋不休的跟她說他學到了什麼，並且成績也是大幅度提高，我作為他的老師真的'為他的進步而興奮，我體會到了空前的成就感！這種成就感是任何東西都代替不了的。
聖經裡有這樣一段話：愛是恆久忍耐，又有恩慈；凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐；愛是永不止息。
我願讓這段話成為我的座右銘，用愛陪伴孩子們成長，用愛帶給學生燦爛的生命陽光，用愛提升自己的生命價值，這就是我所追求的

Good morning , dear judges name is YangSen ,and I’m from ShiLinMiddle Shool,the name of my speech is << Enjoy yourself with full responsibility>> is my greatest honor to be here today. I would like to share my English learning and teaching experience with you .
I could remember English has been my favorite since my junior high school. At that time I had a dream that one day my job must be something that connects with r graduating from University, I started my job in teaching English. Then I realized the true of being an English teacher. In addition, if knowledge is a bridge to success, then an English teacher must be a bridge for students to learn a foreign language, a bridge to aid students’ communication with foreigners, a bridge to share our Chinese culture with others.
To me, my students are just like the wild flowers. Can we see a World or Heaven in them? The answer is definitely Yes. If you want to enjoy yourself while teaching, respect and love your students as their friends; work hard with full responsibility.
How do I enjoy myself with my students? I don’t think I can express how I love my students in a few words. I just know, they are the future of China; they are infinity in my hand. What could I do with them? To wait, to be patient, to expect and to love. From them, every teacher must see their future, teaching and guiding them responsibly.
Over three years passed by, the first day of new semester was coming finally. As a new teacher of the school, I had something in common with my students, who were new faces. Sitting in the classroom, since both of us were nervous, I showed a smile to them. At last, they relaxed themselves, smile was passed on to next. Then all of them were smiling. At that time, I began to introduce myself to them. So interested in me, they all listened to me with full heart. Of course I had chance to know something about them. One of them even was so excited with red face when she knew she and I had the same birthday. When I made a joke on her about her red apple face, the classroom burst out of laugh. No matter how different they are, in my eyes, everyone of them is like a waiting flower----waiting for growth. From then on, I had been in good relationship with my students. How lovely and nice they are!
And then, as teachers, not only do we need to be friendly to them, but also all the time we have to be ready for helping them. Once two girls in my class went out for wandering from home without telling anyone else including their patents. In fact, they just wanted to escape from the family, which was full of quarreling. It’s not hard to imagine how worried their parents were! But they had no way to communicate with them, nor find them. As class teacher, there was no time. I decided quickly to help the holpless parents. And I tried to contact with their classmates to make sure what they had talked about the going before. Then I spent the whole night in looking for them with their parents in the city. After a long time searching, we found the girls in WangSheng. When they saw me, their class teacher, they cried loudly and sadly. Everything was OK after they told me their complaints to parents. At that time, I knew, 1
sometimes, the teacher was the very bridge between parents and their children. How important, how great to be a teacher is!
Thirdly, to be a teacher we need to know what responsibility is. As everyone knows, the Chinese boy, Hong Zhanhui is one of the man who moves China. He began to rear his little sister since he was 13, the age at which we enjoy mother’arms. Without parents, he has to earn enough money for their life while he is studying at the same time. Everyday, carrying his sister on his back, he went to school through miles path. When somebody asked him why he should kept doing this. He replied briefly:” This is my responsibility! ” From his story, we know that responsibility is not an easy thing. Is only what Hong Zhanhui done can be called responsibility? Of course no. Everyone has his responsibility and responsibility exists everywhere in everyone’s daily life especially we teachers’.
So, what is responsibility? From my point of view, responsibility is accepting what you are facing -- and not complaining your students. Responsibility is holding your students' hands and reminding them to watch both ways before crossing their road. When there is something difficult in front of students, responsibility is helping them over them. When your students are in a trouble, responsibility is being there on time to help and guide them -- even if that means you will miss your favorite things.
Just imagine the world without responsibility. Your students are the waiting flowers. Tomorrow, whatever they will be, it all depends on their hard working and the teachers’ love. Wonderful world, isn’t it? Responsibility is not a burden if you are willing to shoulder it. The teacher who loves his/her students will not only succeed but also get a happy life and enjoy themselves.
Because I love my students, then I enjoy myself with full is why I together with you,try our best to be an excellent English teacher today! Thank you very much for your attention!

how to catch up with the world? that is, study english well to gain the first hand data.
the entrance of wto, the olympic games which will be held in 2015, shows that we must learn english well as quickly as possible.
forcing study won’t stay in the heart, feeding knowledge into the brain won’t get a good result, and high mark isn’t our teaching goal.

how to make them feel interested in studying english? i think the key point is the teaching design.

the junior students are not what we know as before.
they have a lot of knowledge, and are good at combining english with other subjects, such as history, geography, physics, chemistry and so on.
their english level is higher than what we thought.
many of them started learning english in their primary school.
