ladies and gentlemen , good afternoon! i’m very glad to stand here and giveyou a short speech. today my topic is “youth”. i hope you will like it , andfound the importance in your youth so that more cherish it.

first i want to ask you some questions:

1、do you know what is youth?

2、how do you master your youth?

youth

youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is thefreshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .

youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of theappetite , for adventure over the love of ease. this often exists in a man of 60more than a boy of 20 . nobody grows old merely by a number of years . we growold by deserting our ideals.

years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul y , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.

whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure ofwonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the gameof living . in the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station: so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and powerfrom men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows ofcynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but aslong as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you maydie young at 80.

上午好!我是今年新進教師,柴xx,來自高一化學組。非常榮幸,在開學典禮的今天,作為新教師代表在這裡發言。

二、做一名品德高尚的教師

古人云:“學高為師,身正為範”。一名優秀的教師不僅要有廣博的知識,更要有高尚的道德情懷。我們要以自己的人格去塑造學生的人格,用自己的道德情感去喚醒學生的道德情感。“言傳不如身教”我們將銘記於心。

三、做一名有責任感的教師

“師者,所以傳道授業解惑也”。我們需要有高度的責任感,嚴謹務實的工作作風,精心備課、細心講解、耐心答疑,以平等的心態、欣賞的目光、發展的眼光去對待每一位學生,成為學生學習上、生活中的好朋友。

四、做一名真正的鳳岡二中人

鳳岡二中的發展需要我們一代又一代人堅持不懈的努力。我們將繼承和發揚二中的`優良傳統,在校領導的帶領下,努力奮鬥,對學校的發展做出應有的貢獻。在這個舞臺上實現自己的人生價值。

作為一名老師我想對同學們說:沒有永遠的最後,只有暫時的落後,每天進步一點點,堅持,就會成功。無論昨天的你怎樣都已經過去。

大家好!

去年有一件事深深地觸動了我。有一天我感冒了,很嚴重。我嘶啞著嗓子去給學生上課,那天恰巧我穿了件新衣。剛走進教室,國中七年級的學生們就圍了上來大呼小叫地說:“miss zhu beaitiful beaitiful,miss zhu!”我剛張開嘴讓他們安靜下來,突然有個聲音大聲地說:“不要吵了!老師的嗓子啞了!老師的嗓子都啞了!”頓時整個教室安靜了下來,學生們都在自己的座位上端正地坐好,安靜地看著我。

當我張開嘴讓他們跟著我念單詞時又有同學舉手提議:“老師,我們今天學唱英文歌吧!我們能自己跟著磁帶學,那樣你的嗓子會好得快些,媽媽說嗓子啞了要少說話!”多懂事的孩子,只知他們平時愛惹我生氣,不知他們竟也知道關心我!下課了,孩子們硬要把剝好的橘子塞進我的嘴裡,說:“老師吃了它吧!吃了你的嗓子就會好了!”在那一刻我感受到了三十多顆幼小的心靈對我的撫慰,感受到了他們對我的理解和支援,作為一名幼兒教師我心甘情願了!

去年十二月,我要教四個班的英語、要忙於迎接期末考試、要為教師文藝匯演緊張地排練、要為聖誕節英語晚會準備國中七年級的英語節目。國中生懂的英語比較少,我沒法將臺詞寫下來讓他們自己去背,只能嘴對嘴的一字一詞地教。緊張的排練和不定時的加班幾乎壓垮了我,我真想甩手不幹了。

有一天幾遍排練下來後孩子們已經練得氣喘吁吁了,我說:“你們累了,就早點休息吧!”可是沒有一個孩子離開我,他們圍在我身邊仰著小臉懇切地說:“老師,咱們再練一會兒吧!我們不累!真的,我們不怕累!”看著孩子們汗津津的小臉,我突然感到自己是那麼的軟弱。我說,你們不怕,老師也不怕,咱們一起練。排練結束後,我和孩子們一起笑著鬧著,心裡感受到一種從未有過的輕鬆,我知道是孩子們幫助了我,鼓舞了我。當我在臺下看著他們成功的表演時,淚水再也忍不住地流了下來,作為一名人民教師愛的奉獻是無盡的。

who are regarded as the successful. And the most obvious characteristics ofhem are money, high position and luxurious life. So most people believe that ssuccess and all that they do is for this purpose. But the problem is wether itis real success. We all know there are always more money, higher position andbetter condition in front of us. If we keep chasing them, where is the end? Whatwill satisfy us at last? Therefore, we can see, to get the real Success we mustneed something inside, which is the realization of

people’ hopes and ideals.

Different people have different ideas about success; cause people’s hopesand ideas vary from one another. But I am sure every success is dear toeverybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our strivingfor success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightenedby the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and senseof responsibility. These are the best treasures. So now I am very proud that Ihave this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. It is my success,cause I raise up to challenge my hope.
