作文評分標準
一、評分原則：
1.評分時，先根據作文的內容和語言水平初步確定其所屬檔次，然後以該檔次的要求來衡量，確定或調整本檔次，最後給分。
2.作文少於規定詞數，從總分中減去1分。
3.如書寫較差，以致影響閱卷，將分數降低一個檔次。
二、各檔次的給分範圍及要求：
第三檔(好)：(8—10分)
完全完成了試題規定的任務，覆蓋了所有內容要點，應用了較多的語法結構和詞彙，沒有語法和詞彙錯誤，具備較強的語言運用能力，完全達到了預期的寫作目的。
第二檔(一般)：(4—7分)
未恰當完成試題規定的任務，漏掉內容要點，未描述清楚主要內容，寫了一些無關內容，有語法和詞彙錯誤，影響了閱卷人對寫作內容的理解，未能清楚地傳達資訊。
第一檔(差)：(1—3分)
未完成試題規定的任務，明顯漏掉了主要內容，寫了一些無關內容，語法結構單調，詞彙數量有限，有較多的語法和詞彙錯誤，影響了閱卷人對寫作內容的理解，未能傳達資訊。
0分：
未能傳達給讀者任何資訊，內容太少，無法評判，寫的內容均與所要求的內容無關或所寫內容根本無法看清。
一、命題意圖
本張試卷的內容包括有聽力部分和筆試部分。其命題主要體現了《國小英語課程標準》倡導的教學理念，突出了英語課程評價的整體性和綜合性，覆蓋面廣，難易適中，從學生的基礎知識與能力、情感與態度及學習的興趣等方面進行評價，能較準確和全面地檢測和考察學生的綜合知識技能。
二、難度分析
這份試卷稍有難度的有：聽力部分的聽讀短文，判斷句子的正誤，要求學生要有較好的聽辨能力;筆試部分的看圖根據圖意回答問題、連詞成句和作文，這些題要求學生要有較好的基礎知識，掌握較多的詞彙和熟悉各種句子的語法結構，有較強的邏輯思維能力和寫作能力，才能完成的較好，但對於中上層的學生來說難度也不算很大。
三、命制後的思考
由於本人對命題試卷缺乏經驗，在很多細節上還存在有不足之處，在今後的實踐工作中，還有待於進一步的改進和提高。
